Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough inspections using a computer program to record observations and report findings to real estate agents and/or clients.

• Accurately identify and document defects within a home or structure, taking photographs and communicating findings to clients in a non-alarming manner.

• Maintain excellent physical fitness to perform tasks such as carrying and climbing ladders, traversing various roof materials, navigating tight attic spaces and crawl spaces, and working in diverse weather conditions.

• Embody a people-oriented, detail-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

• Be available to perform inspections as scheduled, with the understanding that schedules may vary.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

•  Exhibit proficiency in computer technology and software applications.

• Maintain a clean driving record and possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a certified home inspector

• Completion of the National Exam and maintain a current license to read and perform radon tests.

• Remain in good standing with ASHI and NACHI

• Valid Driver's License
